Unused, unworn and unwashed? No problem. At Aleumdr, we know that you can't beat a great return policy.

It's just another reason to love Aleumdr.

We hope you love your new items from Aleumdr. But if for some reason your order isn’t just right, we have a simple, no-hassle return policy. If the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment, return it to us for a refund. We do not accept returns if it has been more than 30 days since your order was shipped. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1. To initiate a return please contact our Customer Experience team via email at support@aleumdr.com.

2. Our support team will handle everything for you.

3. Pack the returned items back into the original poly mailer. 

4. Stick the shipping and address information onto the outside of the package.

5. It’s good to go baby! Pop the package in the mail and send it back to us.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

Once your return has been received, please allow 4-5 business days processing time and up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank. Refunds can only be returned to the original method of payment.

We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know when you can expect it!

 

Aleumdr will consider defective items (due to a manufacturing defect) on a case-by-case basis. 

Customers must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of your order to report any issues, such as missing items, incorrect sizes, defective or damaged items, etc. 

Aleumdr is not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered defective.
